Ampersand Therapy is a therapist-founded, woman-owned company seeking full-time Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an in-person, school-based position supporting students in public school districts.Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy to students Support implementation of IEPs and complete documentation Collaborate with supervising SLPs and the school special education team Deliver services in compliance with district and state guidelinesRequirements:
Active Washington StateDOH SLPA
license (or willingness to obtain immediately) Completion of 100 clinical hours Completion of an SLPA program or a Bachelor's degree in a related field Must complete fingerprinting/background check prior to start School-based or pediatric experience preferred but not requiredBenefits and Perks:
