Qualifications:
Active Washington SLPA license (or willingness to obtain) Fingerprinting clearance through OSPI (or willingness to complete process) Experience in schools, particularly at the elementary or middle school level (middle school experience preferred for one role) Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to supporting student success
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs Collaborate with on-site educators and the virtual supervising SLP Support communication goals for elementary or middle school students (placement based on experience) Maintain accurate records and contribute to team meetings Participate in school-based initiatives to foster a supportive learning environment
