Desired Qualifications:

Current, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license issued by the state of Washington Experience working with school-aged children preferred, but all motivated SLPAs are encouraged to apply Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with staff and students Comfort with technology and willingness to partner with virtual professionals

Key Responsibilities:

Assist a virtual SLP with direct therapy activities and caseload management Support with assessments to evaluate and monitor student communication needs Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere where all students feel empowered to excel Collaborate with educators across three campuses to ensure consistent, high-quality intervention
