EPIC Responsibilities Perform sterile processing duties in an acute-care hospital setting. Support the proper cleaning, preparation, sterilization, and processing of medical instruments and equipment. Follow established infection prevention, safety, and sterile processing procedures. Ensure instruments and supplies are properly processed and available for patient care. Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility protocols and standards. Work effectively with surgical, nursing, and other healthcare teams. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sterile Processing Technician. Recent or current acute-care hospital experience required . Current CPR/BLS certification required. Current certification through CBSPD, HSPA, or equivalent is desired. Previous travel/contract assignments preferred. Must meet applicable California certification/licensure requirements. Must be able to work the assigned PM shift and varied days off.
