Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Aseptic Processing Technician to support sterile manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for performing aseptic processing, fill-finish activities, and cleanroom operations in compliance with c
GMP, FDA
regulations, and internal quality standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in sterile environments and a strong understanding of contamination control and aseptic techniques. Key Responsibilities Perform aseptic processing and sterile fill-finish operations (vial, syringe, or bulk filling). Operate and maintain filling equipment, isolators, laminar flow hoods, and cleanroom systems. Conduct sterile compounding, filtration, and product transfers under aseptic conditions. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, and USP <797>/<800> guidelines. Perform line clearance, equipment setup, and cleaning/sanitization of cleanroom areas. Complete batch records, logbooks, and documentation accurately and in real time. Participate in environmental monitoring activities (air, surface, personnel sampling). Identify and report deviations, non-conformances, and contamination risks. Support media fills, process validations, and quality investigations. Maintain inventory of materials and ensure proper handling of sterile supplies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1-3+ years of experience in sterile manufacturing, aseptic processing, or cleanroom environments. Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and contamination control. Experience working in

cleanrooms. Familiarity with c

regulations, and documentation practices. Ability to gown and work in cleanroom conditions for extended periods.
Pay:
$30.09 - $36.23 per hour
