The Office Manager will coordinate administration duties and office procedures to align an efficient, safe, and productive office environment. We are seeking a highly skilled Sterile Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining a sterile environment and ensuring that all equipment and instruments are properly sterilized.
Responsibilities:
Performing sterilization procedures on equipment and instruments. Maintaining a sterile environment in the operating room. Preparing and packaging instruments for sterilization. Monitoring and documenting sterilization processes. Assisting with the setup and breakdown of the operating room. Ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and functioning. Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have Infection Control Certificate Infection Control Certificate Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a sterile processing environment preferred. Knowledge of sterilization techniques and equipment preferred.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Must be local and able to commute daily.

Working on-site is essential to the function of this position. Must be able to stand up to 80% of the time at minimum. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods of time.
