Job Description
Image Orthodontics is a leading orthodontic practice in San Francisco dedicated to providing exceptional care and treatment to our patients. The Sterilization Technician will be responsible for ensuring medical equipment and instruments are properly sterilized and maintained in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent attendance Excellent communication and teamwork skills Key Responsibilities Follow established protocols for cleaning, decontaminating, and sterilizing medical equipment and instruments Inspect equipment for cleanliness and functionality before and after sterilization Operate sterilization equipment, such as autoclaves, in accordance with manufacturer instructions Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance Monitor inventory levels of sterile supplies and order replacements as needed Assist with the organization and stocking of supply areas Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and efficient sterilization of equipment About Us Image Orthodontics is a proud partner of Image Specialty Partner (ISP), a doctor-led dental partnership organization throughout Northern California and Oregon.
