Travel Sterile Processing Technician (CRCST)

PM Guaranteed Hours:

40 Hours/Week Responsibilities Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, package, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment. Process instrument trays and specialty vendor sets, including orthopedic trays. Operate sterilization equipment, including steam and low-temperature sterilizers. Perform quality assurance checks to ensure proper sterilization and documentation. Maintain inventory of sterile supplies and equipment. Follow AAMI, OSHA, and facility infection control standards. Collaborate with Operating Room staff and other clinical departments to support patient care. Qualifications CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician) certification required. Minimum 2 years of recent hospital Sterile Processing experience. Previous travel experience required. Experience with orthopedic instrument trays and vendor sets. Experience using BELIMED washer/disinfectors, steam sterilizers, and STERIS low-temperature sterilizers. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Pay:

$1,250.00 - $1,350.00 per week
