Night Shift | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM | 8-hour shifts Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Supervisor/Manager to oversee sterile processing operations during the night shift. This position is ideal for an experienced Sterile Processing professional who has progressed beyond a Lead Technician role and has demonstrated supervisory or management-level experience . The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of sterile processing practices, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to oversee staff and daily operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and oversee daily Sterile Processing Department operations during the night shift. Lead, coordinate, and support Sterile Processing Technicians to ensure efficient workflow. Monitor compliance with sterile processing procedures, quality standards, and departmental policies. Provide leadership, guidance, and performance support to department staff. Ensure proper decontamination, inspection, assembly, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments and equipment. Help maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with applicable healthcare standards. Address workflow issues and operational challenges in a timely manner. Collaborate with surgical services and other clinical departments as needed. Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient sterile processing environment. Required Qualifications 2+ years of documented Supervisor or Management experience in Sterile Processing. Must have experience at a level higher than Lead Technician . At least 1 completed travel contract required.

Current Sterile Processing Technician certification:

CRCST or

CBSPD/CBSPDT

. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and effectively during the overnight shift.
