Full Job Description Sterile Processing Technician Location:

Naperville, IL Shift:

11:00 PM - 7:30 AM We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sterile Processing Technician to join our healthcare team in Naperville, Illinois. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are committed to maintaining the highest standards of sterilization and patient safety.

Job Responsibilities:

Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, sterilize, and distribute surgical instruments and medical equipment Operate sterilization equipment according to facility protocols Maintain accurate sterilization records and documentation Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards Collaborate with surgical and clinical staff to support patient care needs

Requirements:

Previous Sterile Processing experience preferred

CRCST/CSPDT

certification preferred or required based on experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Shift:

11:00 PM - 7:30
