Rotating Shift l Full-time Via Christi associates are eligible for tuition discounts and priority placement in select healthcare programs through our academic partnership with Wichita State University.What You Will Do:
Validate surgical readiness by meticulously inspecting and assembling instrument sets, ensuring every tool is functional and high-quality before it enters the OR. Master complex sterilization technology to decontaminate and process equipment, strictly following safety protocols to eliminate the risk of healthcare-associated infections. Safeguard the surgical workflow by precisely managing inventory and case carts, ensuring our surgeons always have the exact tools they need, exactly when they need them. Uphold a culture of excellence through collaborative quality audits, providing peer feedback that maintains our department's gold standard of care.What You Will Need:
Licensure / Certification /Registration:
Central Service Tech specializing in Sterile Processing credentialed from the International Association of Healthcare Central Service Material Management (IAHCSMM) Preferred. Central Service Tech specializing in Sterile Processing credentialed from the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) Preferred.Education:
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.Note:
