Sterile Processing Technician (SPT)

Shift:
11AM to 7:30PM and 3:00 PM

PM Schedule:
5×8-hour shifts,
Sunday-Thursday Weekend/Holiday:
One weekend rotation every 8 weeks and every other holiday as needed
Compensation Local Hourly Pay:
$34
  • 38/hour
Travel Pay:
Taxable W-2: $15/hour
Weekly Stipend:
$1,200/week
Weekly Gross:
$1,800/week
Blended Rate:
$45/hour Position Overview We are seeking experienced Sterile Processing Technicians for an evening-shift travel assignment in Boston. The ideal candidate will have strong acute-care experience, recent travel experience, and demonstrated proficiency in processing orthopedic, neurological, and cardiac instruments . The traveler will float to several areas throughout the hospital. Steam sterilization and dispatch will not be part of the assignment. Required Qualifications Minimum 4 years of acute-care experience Recent travel experience
  • REQUIRED
    Demonstrated proficiency with: Orthopedic instruments Neurological instruments Cardiac instruments Willingness to float to multiple areas within the hospital Fluent English communication skills High School Diploma or GED Education documentation must be included in the submission packet Required Certification One of the following current certifications is required: CRCST
  • IAHCSMM CSPDT
  • ASHCSP HL01

$1,700.00
