Work Experience Job Requirements Join a highly skilled perioperative team where your work directly impacts patient safety and surgical outcomes. The University of Maryland Capital Region Medical Center is seeking an experienced Central Sterile Processing Technician II to join our Night Shift team. This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a high performing perioperative services team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the decontamination, inspection, assembly, sterilization, storage, and distribution of surgical instruments and medical equipment. Your expertise will help ensure every procedure begins with safe, properly processed instrumentation while maintaining compliance with AAMI standards, infection prevention guidelines, and departmental policies. Your work will directly support surgical excellence, patient safety, and efficient Operating Room operations. PRN Weekend Evening Shift Availability Required | 3pm-11:30pm | Weekends Required | Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) Certification Required.
