Montshire Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a Sterilization Technician to join our team at our Sanford, ME office. We are a family-owned practice serving nearly 30,000 children across New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, and Massachusetts. The salary range for this position is $23/hr- $30/hr. Final compensation is determined during the selection process and considers experience, education, and internal equity. Manages the sterilization center: has a thorough understanding of and follows all infection control protocol according toCDC & OSHA
laws and guidelines. Process, package, and prepare all instruments and materials coming through sterilization center. This process should be timely, not allowing backup of critical instruments and in accordance with proper OSHA protocol. Keeping of appropriate logs to maintain compliance. Clean, disinfect and reset treatment rooms between patients to support clinical teams and keep schedule running on time. What Makes You aGreat Fit:
