Perform sterilization, decontamination, and assembly/wrapping of surgical instruments Reprocess scopes and probes, adhering to High-Level Disinfection (HLD) standards Maintain accurate equipment documentation and traceability Reprocess instruments across multiple specialties including OB/GYN, plastics, ENT, dental, ophthalmology, cardiovascular, urology, neuro/spine, and robotic surgical instruments Handle flexible endoscope reprocessing such as bronchoscopes, colonoscopes, and EUS scopes Follow hospital policies to ensure safety and compliance in sterile processing procedures Contribute to a clean, safe environment for surgical teams and patientsWhat You Need:
Required:
Active State Licensure or pending (accepted) CBSPD or HSPA certification preferred At least 2 years of sterile processing experiencePreferred:
Experience in handling a broad range of surgical instrumentation and scopes Ability to work flexible hours as needed Strong documentation and organizational skills About theAssignment:
Join a reputable hospital with a 672-bed capacity, accredited as Magnet, teaching, and Level III Trauma Center. Your role will support surgical services by ensuring all instruments are properly sterilized, decontaminated, and ready for procedures. Scrubs are provided by the unit, parking is available at a flat rate, and this contract offers a consistent schedule with the opportunity to contribute to critical surgical workflows.Compliance Footer:
