A Sterile Processing Technician sterilizes, cleans, and prepares medical equipment for use. May also help install and repair large equipment. Works in a hospital or other healthcare facility.
Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM (8-hour shifts), overtime as needed, no weekends or call
Contract:
17 weeks, 40 hrs/week
Responsibilities:
Clean, inspect, sterilize, assemble, and distribute surgical instruments; manage inventory; operate autoclaves, washer disinfectors, ultrasonic cleaners; maintain sterilization records.
Experience:
Sterile processing/Central Service experience preferred.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED, CBSPD or CRCST certification , BLS , ability to lift 25+ lbs. •Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials. Interested? !
