Has a detailed working knowledge of department functions and is responsible for completing work assignments in the sterile process department.Education:
Required:
Graduate from School of Surgical Technology OR Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD)Experience:
No prior experience requiredSkills:
Excellent Communication Skills Working knowledge of computers Ability to organize instrument sets Able to pass a written proficiency review. Organized and self-motivated with an attention to detail.Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Preferred:
