The South Hills Dental Team is looking for a dependable, energetic Sterile Technician to join our team! We value kind, consistent team players who are detail-oriented, organized, and take pride in keeping our clinical environment running smoothly.
Growth Opportunity :
Interested in learning dental assisting? Team members who are interested may have the opportunity to train and grow into an assisting role over time. This is optional—the primary role is Sterile Technician. What You'll Do Clean, sterilize, and organize dental instruments Maintain sterile areas and ensure instruments are ready when needed Monitor sterilization processes and supplies Keep the lab and sterilization areas clean and organized Support the clinical team with room turnover and other shared tasks Follow infection-control and office protocols Communicate proactively with the team when supplies or instruments are needed What We're Looking For Reliable and hardworking Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive, team-focused attitude Strong communication and willingness to learn Previous dental experience is a plus, but not required Schedule Generally 4-5 days per week Monday-Friday No weekends Benefits Paid holidays from day 1 Free dental care for you, your spouse, and children under 26 after 3 months Healthcare cost/insurance reimbursement up to $200/month after 90 days After one year: Paid vacation Paid sick leave 401(k) If you're someone who takes pride in doing things well, enjoys being part of a team, and wants to make a difference behind the scenes, we'd love to meet you!
