Shift Summary:

Supports healthcare team by coordinating supplies and equipment for surgery, transportation of specimens, assisting in patient transfer to stretcher under nursing supervision. Maintains room stock and par levels.

Position Responsibilities:

Coordination of supplies and equipment for scheduled surgery. Restocking and maintaining room par levels. Transport of fresh and frozen section specimens, checking specimen log for transport. Assisting RN in daily activities. Position Qualifications Required /

Experience Required:

Prior Experience or CSS training. Knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control standards. Hospital practice, procedure and policies. Core technologist competency.

Required Education:

High School or Graduate Equivalent Diploma.

Training/Certifications/Licensure:

CPR (BLS).

Hourly Rate:

$19.54 - $29.20 The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant's experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
