Surgical Tech:
Responsibilities:
Responsible for decontamination, correct assembly, and sterile processing of all instruments used in the operating room and ambulatory/specialty clinics. Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent. Advanced knowledge of regulatory standards for universal precautions, sterilization methodologies, and regulatory standards for biological monitoring. National Certification in Sterile Processing or equivalent.
Preferred Job Requirements:
One (1) year of previous job-related experience in Central Supply and/or Sterile Processing experience in a hospital or clinic setting.
