Full-Time Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the Central Sterile Processing Department. Ensure proper decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments and equipment. Maintain compliance with AAMI, Joint Commission, OSHA, CDC, and hospital standards. Supervise staffing, scheduling, workflow, training, and departmental performance. Manage instrument inventories, vendor trays, emergency code carts, and sterilization quality assurance. Coordinate with Operating Room, Nursing, and ancillary departments to support efficient patient care. Develop and maintain departmental policies, procedures, competencies, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Central Sterile Processing and/or Operating Room experience Previous leadership or management experience preferred CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician) certification required Leadership certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 years of hire) Strong knowledge of sterilization processes, regulatory compliance, and instrument management Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsPay:
