Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sterile Processing Technician to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper sterilization, decontamination, and preparation of surgical instruments and medical equipment to uphold the highest standards of patient safety and infection control. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of sterile processing procedures, anatomy, physiology, and infection prevention practices. . Duties Perform decontamination, cleaning, inspection, assembly, and packaging of surgical instruments and medical devices using established sterile processing techniques. Operate sterilization equipment such as autoclaves and sterilizers to ensure all instruments meet sterilization standards. Manage inventory levels of sterile supplies and medical equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and proper storage. Reprocess endoscopes and other complex medical instruments following manufacturer guidelines and infection control protocols. LAL01 Requirements Candidates need 3- 5 years' experience with larger institutions
