Primary Location Location G Department Sterile Procedure & Distrib Shift Night (United States of America) Schedule Full time Weekly Hours 40 FTE 1 Employee Status Regular
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Instrumentation- Using manual or mechanical means, cleans a variety of equipment and instruments at the appropriate level for patient care. Stores or assembles instruments into trays and case carts for distribution. Sterile Processing
- Uses defined processes to disinfect and/or sterilize equipment and instruments according to the type of equipment and the manufacturer's instructions for use. May inspect, assemble and/or test equipment prior to storage or transportation. Equipment Management
- Accurately maintains documentation and ensures equipment is appropriately processed to ensure timely availability. Records and reports malfunctioning equipment and damaged instrumentation, scopes and endoscopes, and other supplies. Quality and Process Improvement
- Participates in quality assurance activities and process improvement projects. Workflow
- Contributes to the efficiency of daily workflow.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
