Perform cleaning, decontamination, inspection, assembly, sterilization, and distribution of surgical instruments and medical equipment. Prepare and maintain sterile instrument trays and supplies according to established procedures and infection-control standards. Operate sterilization equipment and monitor and document sterilization processes. Maintain accurate records and follow hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and patient safety standards. Collaborate with operating room and healthcare staff to ensure instruments and supplies are available when needed.

Requirements:

2+ years of Sterile Processing Technician (SPT) experience

• Required Knowledge of instrument identification, decontamination, assembly, and sterilization procedures Strong understanding of infection prevention and sterile technique Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team Call/Text
