Key Responsibilities Clean, disinfect, and sterilize instruments manually and mechanically Assemble surgical trays and set up case carts per procedure requirements Monitor and document sterilizer parameters; troubleshoot equipment Maintain inventory and ensure proper storage and distribution Follow infection control, safety, and sterile processing protocols Communicate effectively with team members and other departments Participate in performance improvement and educational programs Demonstrate accountability, time management, and healthy work habits Build positive relationships and mentor others
