Minimum of three (3) years of sterile processing experience Prior leadership experience required Familiarity with electronic instrument tracking systems

• PREFERRED

  CBSPD and/or CRCST certifications

• REQUIRED BLS

  certification
• NOT required

Responsibilities:

Supervise Lead Technician, Tech I, II, III, and Non-Certified Technicians across all SPD work areas Assign daily staff workload based on case volume and departmental priorities Oversee instrument tracking, documentation accuracy, and inventory control Collaborate on staff orientation and training plans Ensure compliance with infection prevention standards and regulatory guidelines Why Choose VyTalent Solutions?
