What We're Looking For Friendly, reliable, and hardworking individuals Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Dependable attendance and punctuality Previous medical, dental, or sterilization experience is a plus, but not required We are happy to train the right person! If you have good common sense, enjoy staying busy, and take pride in doing quality work, we'd love to hear from you. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Cleaning, sterilizing, and organizing surgical and dental instruments Maintaining sterilization logs and following infection control procedures Stocking supplies and helping keep treatment rooms organized Assisting with office organization and miscellaneous support tasks Helping ensure the office runs efficiently and smoothly Why You'll Love Working Here Supportive and team-oriented environment Opportunity to gain valuable healthcare experience On-the-job training provided A chance to contribute to patient care behind the scenes Consistent work schedule Opportunities to learn and grow within the practice Position Details Part-Time In-person position Flexible Scheduling Available This position is generally Monday-Thursday afternoons, but we're open to discussing scheduling options for the right person. We've previously also employed high school students with early-release schedules and understand that availability can vary.
