Job Description

We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic and motivated individual who wants to build relationships. This is an orthodontic office in North Central Austin that is privately owned by an individual orthodontist who will practice in the same location for years to come. We are looking for the right individual that will be a good fit for future. This is a growing office, we have a good team and we want to add on that team. There is a lot of room to grow and leave your mark here. We are like a family so we want someone who will fit in with us and work with as a teammate. We will train you if we see that you are a good fit.
Your Job:
Take photos/radiographs on patients Clean and setup dental chairs Clean and sterilize dental instruments Come in on administrative days to maintain the office and setup for future days Answer phones and schedule appointments Help market the practice in the community As you grow more into this position you will be given more responsibilities You should: Have a high degree of internal motivation Registered dental assistant preferred CPR certified Able to speak Spanish is preferred Be a team player that works well with others Be flexible and open to change Be a good communicator that wants to work with children, teenagers, adults and other team members Willing to work some Saturdays and some evening hours
Requirements:
High School or equivalent degree Willing to grow, willing to obtain an RDA, maintain your CPR and are ready to take on more challenges in the office
