Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Compounding Pharmacy Technician with a strong background in both sterile and non-sterile compounding. This is a hands-on role that offers the opportunity to work across all aspects of pharmacy compounding while contributing to the growth of an exciting organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to maintaining the highest quality and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Perform sterile compounding in accordance with
USP , USP
, and all applicable state and federal regulations. Prepare non-sterile compounded medications following established formulas and procedures. Maintain aseptic technique and ensure compliance with all cleanroom protocols. Prepare, label, package, and document compounded prescriptions accurately. Assist with inventory management, ordering, receiving, and stock rotation. Maintain equipment, cleanrooms, and compounding areas. Complete required documentation, logs, and quality assurance records. Participate in environmental monitoring and quality improvement initiatives. Work closely with pharmacists and fellow technicians to ensure efficient workflow. Support pharmacy operations and assist in developing efficient compounding processes as the company continues to grow. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of pharmacy technician experience, preferably in a compounding pharmacy. At least 3 years of sterile compounding experience preferred. Experience with both sterile and non-sterile compounding is strongly preferred. Active Texas Pharmacy Technician Registration in good standing. Strong knowledge of
USP , USP
, and USP . Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment. Strong work ethic, professionalism, and accountability. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
