Job Description
Entry-Level RDA / Sterilization Technician We are looking for a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) / Sterilization Technician to join our dental team! This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in dentistry.
Responsibilities:
Assist with sterilization and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment Support the dental team with setup and breakdown of operatories Provide chairside assistance as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients and staff Learn and grow into expanded RDA responsibilitiesRequirements:
Current RDA license (or in process of obtaining) No prior experience required - entry-level position Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Team-oriented, positive attitude, and dependableWhat We Offer:
