Sterile Processing Supervisor

Job Title:

Sterile Processing Supervisor Assures that department policies, practices and procedures conform to all appropriate regulations and standards. Ensures that instrument trays and other items are properly decontaminated, assembled and sterilized. Assures that sterilization practices and equipment meet quality standards Investigates problems/concerns and develops and implements action plans to resolve. Provides direct supervision for the Sterile Processing Department staff in a way that creates a positive work environment and ensures compliance with all organizational and regulatory requirements. Must have CRCST (from HSPA) certification
