Responsibilities Works as part of the surgical services team Ensures that all instruments and equipment used in surgery are gathered, thoroughly cleaned and sterilized Assembles, checks and ensures surgical kits are clean, sterile and ready for surgery Operates and maintains Autoclave for sterilization of instruments and equipment Helps maintain surgical equipment and instruments ensuring there is an adequate supply for OR needs Requirements High School Diploma or GED Ability to remain flexible and calm in a demanding environment Ability to prioritize and use good judgment during moments of crisis Exhibit strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate a variety of pressing issues with frequent interruptions Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail Ability to stand for long periods of time Rewards Competitive wages Health & Dental Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance Retirement Paid Time Off Long Term Illness Leave Discounts Please Note All positions are subject to close without notice.
