Job Description

Sterilization Technician Keystone Dental Care - Welty Road, Waynesboro, PA (Candidate will start at Dental Care in Chambersburg and transition to Welty Road when it opens in early 2027)
Schedule:
Full-Time | 40 hours/week | Monday-Friday Keystone Dental Care is seeking a dependable and motivated Sterilization Technician to help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment. This position plays an important role in supporting providers by ensuring treatment areas meet cleanliness and sterilization standards and that clinical resources and equipment are properly maintained. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting excellent patient care through maintaining a safe, clean, and organized dental environment. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist providers by maintaining a clean and sterile treatment environment in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations. Manage and organize the resource room, ensuring supplies and equipment are properly stored and readily available. Monitor resources and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition. Identify missing, damaged, or loose items and assist with obtaining replacements as needed. Support daily office operations and provide assistance to the clinical team as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Current CPR certification required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Keystone Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer
