Sterile Processing Technician | Start Your Career in Sterile Processing Full-Time | The University of Vermont Medical Center | Burlington, VT $22.28/hour | 24/7 operation with shifts including 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m., 3:00 p.m.-11:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.-7:30 a.m. Behind the scenes, your attention to detail makes a difference. Sterile Processing Technicians play an important role in patient safety and surgical care , ensuring instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, inspected, assembled and sterilized so our OR teams have what they need for every procedure. We're hiring 5 full-time Sterile Processing Technicians to start November 23 , and previous Sterile Processing experience is not required . After orientation, you'll transition to your accepted shift. Education & Certification High school diploma or equivalent required ; one year of college preferred. CRCST certification required within 12 months of hire and must be maintained annually.
