What You'll Do Decontaminate, clean, package, and sterilize surgical instruments and trays Operate autoclaves, washer-sterilizers, and related equipment Maintain daily sterilization records and quality controls Restock and manage instrument inventory for continuous patient care Support clinical teams during urgent or emergency needs Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques, infection-prevention standards, and hospital policy What You Bring High School Diploma or equivalent required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Formal or on-the-job training as a Central Service or Sterile Processing Technician (30 days
