$1,246 Responsibilities Scrub for surgical procedures, prepare instrument sets, assist with gowning/draping, and maintain strict sterile technique. Perform accurate instrument, sponge, and sharps counts and properly handle surgical specimens. Clean, inspect, organize, decontaminate, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment. Operate autoclaves, sonic washers, and other sterilization equipment while recording required test results. Maintain surgical supplies and inventory, prepare instrument trays, restock departments, and support efficient OR operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Surgical Technologist, Scrub Tech, or Sterile Processing Technician. Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program OR qualifying OR scrub experience. Current and active Washington State license/required credential. BLS certification required. ACLS certification required. Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, OR procedures, sterile technique, medical asepsis, and infection control. Ability to work with blood/body tissue and perform detailed, repetitive technical tasks. Strong knowledge of instrument cleaning, decontamination, sterilization, and sterile processing procedures.

Pay:
