As a Sterilization Technician, you'll learn the foundation of dental assisting by becoming an expert in instrument processing, infection control, and operatory setup. Once you've mastered these skills, there is an opportunity to continue your training and grow into a Dental Assistant role. Responsibilities Clean, sterilize, and organize dental instruments Prepare treatment rooms before and after patient appointments Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols Stock operatories and supplies Help keep the office clean, organized, and running efficiently Assist the clinical team as needed
