Full-Time | Evenings How you'll make an impact in this role Decontaminate and prepare surgical inventory according to precise manufacturer instructions (IFUs) and rigorous safety standards, directly safeguarding patient safety before every procedure. Inspect, assemble, and validate instrument sets with precision, taking ownership of quality checks and repairs so surgical teams have complete, reliable tools ready in the operating room. Operate and monitor advanced sterilization equipment to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, functionality, and infection control across all surgical containers. Build accurate surgical case carts by proactively managing inventory levels and tracking instrument sets, ensuring smooth operating room workflows and zero surgical delays. Elevate team performance and quality standards by participating in peer quality assurance audits, fostering a collaborative culture of continuous learning and operational excellence. Central Service Tech specializing in Sterile Processing credentialed from the InternationalAssociation of Healthcare Central Service Material Management (IAHCSMM) Preferred. Education:

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
