We're looking for a compassionate, dependable Registered Medical Assistant to join a great team in North Little Rock . This is an opportunity to work in an ambulatory care setting where you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for patients while supporting the providers and clinical team. What You'll Do As an RMA, you'll be involved in both patient care and the day-to-day flow of the practice , including: Welcome and room patients while providing a warm, professional experience Obtain and document vital signs, medications, and chief complaints Provide injections as ordered by the physician, following proper clinical and documentation procedures Assist with in-office procedures, including preparing sterile fields and instruments Clean, package, label, and sterilize instruments using the autoclave Document patient interactions, including phone calls and follow-up Communicate lab and diagnostic results to patients after physician review and approval Maintain accurate and organized patient charts and medical records Protect patient and employee confidentiality at all times Provide attentive, age-appropriate care to patients ranging from pediatric through geriatric

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Current CMA, RMA, or Phlebotomy certification Current BLS Certification Strong clinical and patient-care skills Excellent communication and organization A professional, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude Ability to work comfortably with patients of all ages
