Registered Dental Assistant Cleaning Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. If you are passionate about dentistry and have the necessary skills and experience, we would love to hear from you. Our main office is in North Little Rock, Arkansas, with satellite offices in Conway, Arkansas and Benton, Arkansas. Mondays and Wednesdays we alternate between our North Little Rock office and our satellite offices.

Duties:

• Assist the dentist during periodontal surgical and imlant placement procedures, ensuring the comfort of patients
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
• Acquire digital panoral and periapical dental x-rays
• Perform dental charting and record patient information
• Provide chairside assistance during procedures, including passing instruments and materials to the dentist
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
• Maintain infection control protocols and ensure a clean and safe environment
• Schedule patient appointments and manage patient records using Eagelsoft software
• Assist with dental receptionist duties as needed

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant required
• Must be CPR certified
• Must be registered with the Arkansas Board of Dental Examiners as a dental assistant
• Must be certified with the Arkansas Board of Dental Examiners to take dental x-rays
• Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and medical imaging techniques
• Familiarity with Eaglesoft software is a plus
• Proficient in infection control protocols and aseptic techniques
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients and staff We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
