Job Description

Ready to be the backbone of our surgical team? We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Core Tech to power our Perioperative Services within the Central Corridor. In this role, you will keep our surgical engines running smoothly by mastering sterilization workflows and managing high-stakes inventory. You will report directly to the Clinical Resource Leader/Nurse Manager, serving as a vital link in delivering exceptional patient care.
What You Will Do Guard Patient Safety:
Monitor and validate high-standard sterilization processes to ensure a zero-error surgical environment.
Optimize Supply Chains:
Take charge of ordering critical surgical supplies, forecasting needs before they arise.
Master Inventory Levels:
Maintain precise par levels so our clinical teams always have the exact tools they need, when they need them.
Collaborate and Connect:
Work hand-in-hand with nursing leadership to streamline central corridor workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education :
Requires a high school diploma or GED.
Experience :
Prefer one (1) years comparable medical experience.

None Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Requires the ability to read, write and speak effectively in English. Must possess exceptional customer service skills to be an effective team member and interact with physicians and co-workers. Must be able to work independently, coordinating and assimilating multiple pieces of data to accomplish required tasks.
