Founded on our strong core values of honesty, integrity, and responsibility, we are looking for a Surgical Assistant to join our team! Working hours for this full-time position are Monday - Friday from 8am -5pm. Required Skills for this
Role:
Must be friendly and be able to maintain a smile and positive attitude in high-pressured environments. Superior organizational skills and be able to take initiative. Must be a team player and work well with others. Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize tasks. Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.
Experience and Education Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Graduate from a California Board-approved RDA educational program OR , Completion of 15 months of work experience as a dental assistant OR , complete a combination of a non-approved educational program and work experience.
Experience and Education Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or its equivalent. Preferred 2+ years of experience in a private practice, surgical facility and/or hospital setting. License and Certification Minimum Requirements Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate holder. Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) licensed in the state of California, is preferred. Dental radiography certificate in the state of California. Background check required.
