Job Description
Description Incumbent will perform duties as an Operating Room Assistant to include: patient care; blood products, specimens, and equipment transport; equipment maintenance, environmental sanitation, restocking supplies, cleaning soiled supplies, storing and distributing anesthesia support materials. Other duties include but are not limited to customer service and departmental efficiencies. The OR Asst is under the direct supervision of the Charge Nurse or OR lead member, also To cover multiple LOA/FMLA, Assignments are given according to organizational goals. Goal attainment is reviewed on an as needed basis within the UCLA Health System Surgery Center.
