Experienced Oral Surgery Dental Assistant - Join Our Exceptional Team! We are looking for a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Oral Surgery Dental Assistant to join our growing specialty practice. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping patients through surgical procedures with confidence and care, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Assist the oral surgeon during surgical procedures, including extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, and other oral surgery treatments. Prepare treatment rooms and surgical instruments. Obtain digital X-rays, CBCT scans, and intraoral photos. Monitor and support patients before, during, and after procedures. Provide post-operative instructions and patient education. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Ensure proper sterilization and infection control protocols. Stock operatories and maintain surgical supplies. Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive patient experience. Qualifications Previous oral surgery or specialty dental assisting experience preferred. Current RDA license (if applicable). X-ray certification required. Coronal polishing certification preferred. CPR/BLS certification. Knowledge of surgical instrumentation and sterile techniques. Strong communication and organizational skills. Positive attitude with excellent teamwork abilities. Experience with IV sedation is a plus. Pay:
$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
