Be part of something unique and use your powers for good. We are seeking a dedicated, friendly, and reliable Traveling Dental Assistant to join our growing periodontal specialty practice. In this role, you will support our Periodontist in providing exceptional patient care, assisting with surgical and non-surgical periodontal procedures, and ensuring patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit. This position requires travel between multiple locations , Parker, Highlands Ranch, Denver, Lakewood, and as far north as Cheyenne, WY along with the Periodontist. Mileage and approved travel expenses will be compensated. Candidates must have a reliable mode of transportation and the ability to commute as needed.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Periodontist with periodontal surgeries, implant placement, and maintenance procedures Take and process digital X-rays and intraoral photos Maintain a clean, organized operatory and sterilization area Review medical histories and prepare patients for treatment Provide post-operative instructions and patient education Document treatments accurately in patient charts Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed Travel between assigned practice locations to support patient care
