The ideal candidate will have experience as a surgical assistant or want to learn, is a team player willing to learn new technology and grow with us! Our assistants provide a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care during routine visits as well as surgery and intricate prosthodontic care, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our Doctors as well our Hygienists with all day to day activities and enhance the patient experience. Duties Assist dentists during exams , restorative, surgery & full mouth rehabilitations. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with safety protocols. Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. Maintain accurate medical records and patient charts, ensuring all information is up-to-date. Monitor vital signs and assist in managing patient comfort during treatments. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow within the practice. Utilize our dental software system, CareStack, for scheduling appointments and managing patient information. Experience All certifications must be completed ie: radiology and infection control.
