This position is ideal for a skilled surgical professional seeking flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to work with experienced surgeons in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Position Highlights

• Flexible, shift-based scheduling with advance planning.
• Minimum commitment of 12 shifts per month.
• Opportunity to support both established and newly recruited surgeons.
• Work across multiple Health First hospitals with exposure to a diverse range of surgical specialties.
• Collaborative, team-oriented Operating Room environment. Surgical Specialties You'll assist in a variety of procedures, including:
• General Surgery
• Bariatric Surgery
• Orthopedic Surgery
• Gynecology & OB/GYN
• Colon & Rectal Surgery
• Trauma Surgery

Robotic-Assisted Surgery Qualifications Required:

• Certified Surgical First Assist (CSFA)
• Robotics certification
• Previous Operating Room experience
• Ability to travel between multiple hospital locations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
