The ideal candidate will assist with clinical procedures, manage patient interactions, and support the surgical team to deliver optimal outcomes. Experience with DSN or comparable practice management software is required to efficiently handle administrative tasks and streamline workflow. Duties Assist oral surgeons during surgical procedures, including preparing treatment areas and sterilizing instruments Provide exceptional patient support by explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring comfort throughout visits Manage patient records and appointments using DSN or similar practice management software Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are available for procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile clinical environment in compliance with safety standards Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and documentation to facilitate smooth office operations Collaborate with team members to improve workflow efficiency and patient experience Follow all safety protocols and infection control guidelines to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff Skills Prior experience with DSN or comparable practice management software is essential Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members Knowledge of sterilization procedures and clinical support techniques in an oral surgery setting Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail for accurate record keeping and procedural assistance Professional demeanor with a focus on patient care and confidentiality Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within the clinical setting This position offers an engaging opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting oral health care in a dynamic practice.
