Typing, Virtual Meeting Media Platforms, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook What you will do: The Department Support Assistant III will provide advanced administrative support to the executive and senior management of the Surgical Services team at Endeavor Health. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle complex tasks in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role will report to, and support the system Vice President, Surgical Services & Anesthesia. Overall responsibility for supporting ongoing business operations for the department, including maintaining communications, organizing and completing department tasks, supporting program coordination. In addition to... Serve as the primary point of contact for the service line executives (Directors), managing schedules, correspondence, and communications. Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and conference calls, ensuring the efficient use of their time. Draft, edit, and proofread executive-level emails, memos, reports, and other documents. Ensure all communication is professional and reflects the executive team's voice and objectives. Maintain and update documents, records, and databases with the utmost accuracy and adherence to healthcare regulations. Generate and compile reports, data analyses, and presentations for executive decision-making. Collaborate with executives on special projects and strategic initiatives, conducting research, data analysis, and presenting findings. Process invoices, monitor spending, and reconcile financial statements for the executive team. Oversee office operations and supplies, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. Assist in the onboarding of new administrative team members and contribute to their training. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
