Medical Surgical Assistant Days & Hours:

M,Tu & Th 7:30a-5p; Wed 10a-2p (they rotate Wednesdays but can work every Wednesday to get their 40 hours) Friday 7:30a-2p.

Hourly Rate:

$16 - $20

•Certification not Required. Experience in a surgical setting is preferred. Medical assistants encouraged to apply.

Position Overview:

Join a dynamic team as a Surgical Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in supporting surgeons and ensuring smooth, efficient surgical procedures. This is a private medical practice, handling facial and oral surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and treatment areas Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout procedures Follow infection control protocols and maintain sterile field Manage surgical supplies and inventory Document procedure details accurately in patient records

Qualifications:

Prior experience as surgical assistant or in a similar clinical support role is preferred Knowledge of instruments and sterilization techniques Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment #INDL
